VICBOSA is owned and governed by its members. Officials are democratically elected by the membership and serve the SACCO with transparency, accountability, and a shared commitment to the welfare of boda boda riders and members in Vihiga County.

Decisions on membership, savings, and asset financing follow SACCO policies and approved processes — not the personal discretion of any individual official. All financial services are subject to eligibility, SACCO policies, approval, and available funds.
