VICBOSA is the Vihiga County Boda Boda SACCO Society Limited — a member-owned savings and credit cooperative for boda boda riders and the transport community in Vihiga County. It helps members save together, support one another, and build lasting financial security.
VICBOSA helps members build savings discipline, take part in welfare and community support, access financial education, and inquire about SACCO-approved asset financing opportunities. As a member-owned cooperative, every member has a voice in how the SACCO is run.
Membership is open to boda boda riders, transport operators, rider groups, corporate/group members, and stakeholders supporting the boda boda sector in Vihiga County. Joining is voluntary, and members are expected to follow the SACCO’s rules and values. Membership is subject to SACCO onboarding requirements and applicable policies.
